It is actually disturbing as to how bad this hotel is; the room I was provided for a 4-night stay was tiny, outdated & lacked any sort of amenities. The housekeeping team didn't replace used towels, top up the basic toiletries such as body wash, shampoo etc & then looked confused and bemused when called upon for these amenities. The service staff, both at front desk and restaurants try their best to help the customers but it is clear that the hotel is severley understaffed & the management has set them up to fail. I sincerely hope this hotel is taken over by a name brand & renovated + given the attention it deserves.
The service is extremely slow for a four star hotel
Couldn’t order breakfast after an early check in because the kitchen was closed at 11am
Only one lady was on service
It took two hours for a toasted sandwich?!
And the attitude was horrendous…
Being made to feel like we are begging for service or attention was extremely frustrating!

Needs improvement. Service was slow. The rooms need refreshing. The bathroom is small and awkward. Went for a wedding and they just were not prepared to accommodate a large group. The Air Conditining was loud and our door lock didn't work well. Disappointing. Close to the airport, 15 mins without traffic.
No water in the rooms.

Restaurant close early and are not able to take orders.
No cutlery at breakfast
The chef at breakfast was very rude and arrogant - he was raising his voice at us when we needed assistance with the coffee machine.
Save your money and go elsewhere. Avani is a better choice.
