Great location, walkable to many places. Big rooms with large bathrooms so two can share easily. Balconies with views of the pool are awesome

The hotel is very well located in the main road of Siemp Ramp. It is 5 minutes walk from the markets and the pub street. Rooms are very spacious and have a lovely balcony to chill out after a long day in the temples. The pool is big and have plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas to enjoy a relaxing afternoon. Rooms are very well maintained and have everything you need for a pleasant stay All the staff from front desk to housekeeping are very polite, attentive and very professional

A/C has two settings.. cold or power off. I was staying there as part of a group and other guests highlighted the same issue. Had a problem with the TV. Called front desk and had a couple of employees come to my room to try and fix it . After a half hour it was determined that the modem on my floor wasn’t working. Someone called to apologize for the inconvenience and that a new one would be delivered and installed in the morning and the issue would be resolved . I was away most of the day .. hoping to have the problem solved upon my return .. no such luck. Didn’t feel like calling again to complain ..life’s short and i was checking out next day anyway . Went to the gym and spa.. loved the sauna after a long day. The gym sorely needs a set of dumbbells. The highest amount is 9 kg. (20 lbs). They do have a squat rack and barbell. Most gym users in hotel gyms aren’t looking power lifting equipment.. just some dumbells

Resort type Hotel near City center. its big and good for family stays. Breakfast was amazing and the pool was great. Only area to improve was the Gym which is relatively small with less equipment. But in the 4 days i stayed i was alone in the Gym..so its OK...:)
