Hotel Ease Tsuen Wan

My family and I visited Cozi Restaurant at Hotel Ease for their semi lunch buffet, and it was such a wonderful experience that we came back for another lunch less than a week later! There were five of us, and both visits cost only about HK$600 all-inclusive (after the JoyYou promotion and service charge), which works out to less than US$100 per visit for the whole family. The value is simply outstanding for a hotel restaurant. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and consistently delicious. My family members were especially impressed by the lamb chops, which were tender, juicy, and cooked beautifully. The buffet selection offered a good variety of salads, soups, desserts, and other items, while the main courses were satisfying and generously portioned. Everything was replenished promptly, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The dining environment was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing family meal. A special mention goes to the fantastic JoyYou cardholder promotion, where cardholders can bring 1 to 9 guests and enjoy 50% off the bill (with the 10% service charge calculated on the original price). It is one of the best dining deals we've found, making an already enjoyable meal an incredible bargain. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better combination of food, service, atmosphere, and value. We sincerely hope they continue this generous JoyYou offer for a long time. Highly recommended!

My family of 4 stayed here for 7 days, room wer very clean and spacious, really spacious has other Rooms in HK, i booked standard room not family room, they upgraded my bed to big bed for free and let 4 of us to stay together, which i loved the most and thank you, Google Pitcures of rooms wher same no change at all. dint expect lovely hospitality, little walk from mtr station but this also solved by their shuttle bus to mtr to room evry 30min, they have time table for that, that saved a lot to me, HK is very expensive compared to india but this little saving really mattered at the end, thank you Hotel Ease i really do suggest your hotel to my family and friends, Heartly thanks a lot.

Nice hotel, very convenient with bus service to station but a little "good to know" is there's no drinking water provided. You can buy from vending machine or 7-11

Room was clean, peaceful, and more than expected from the advertising. Generally, staff is helpful and accommodating. The cleaning staff in particular is amazing and can't ask for better. One big stain on a otherwise great stay is the shuttle driver. Our family of 5 with two small kids had lots of luggage from the flight. I understand the shuttle bus was full but he made it a point not to answer us (we asked in Cantonese) about alternatives (where to get a taxi). On a different ride, he made my wife and I sit separately because our two year old was on our lap (one person per seat). Again, I understand the rules but he did it by knocking loudly at the window and pointing at us (and our child) angrily and scared our two year old. If you don't have young children and/or don't need to use the shuttle service, highly recommend
