Available meeting room for quick meeting in Hong Kong, with full package to support meals and beverages, very good support from the Sheraton staffs. Besides, location is convenient for travellers, connecting flight in Hong Kong Airport. 10-15 minutes transportation to airport. Uber is available, also free shuttle bus service available. Very new hotel and very nice service and living experience. I will come back again for weekend next time.
Excellent experience. The staff are very polite and offer a very good service. At the front desk, Sunny and Amanda made an arrangement for my families when hotel reservations needed to change while we were visiting outside Hong Kong for some days. At the breakfast, staff offer very good service like Raza to prepare eggs and the receptionist very smiley to greet you when you arrive. Location is a little bit far away from the downtown but accessible by MTR (subway) transportation. The hotel’s bus shuttle is very convenient but quite crowded during the rush hour. They should anticipate a second bus to avoid waiting an extra 30min during the peak hours. Public bus stations are available just in front of the hotel. Room is clean and not too old. The only issues was when they performed fire alarm tests for several days consecutive and quite disturbing when I sleep in the afternoon (I have evening shifts sometime).
We had a lovely stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spotless. We especially enjoyed the sea view and watching the planes take off and land — such a unique and relaxing experience! The only area for improvement is the airport shuttle. The shuttle is scheduled once per hour, and when we arrived we had already waited over 30 minutes. When the shuttle finally arrived, it was full quickly and we couldn’t board because there were too many hotel guests waiting. The driver was helpful and called for backup, but we had to wait another 20 minutes for the next shuttle. This could easily be avoided if the hotel checked guest arrival flights against reservations and planned pickups more proactively, especially during busy times. Overall a great experience and we would stay again — just hope the shuttle service can be improved.
We stayed here as a family. We were very satisfied. We made use of the lounge and breakfast, and the service was excellent in both cases, allowing us to have a lovely time. The room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle bus to the airport and the nearest station was also very convenient. It was a bit tricky to get here from Disneyland, so we used Uber.
It’s really close to Hong Kong Airport—only about a 20-minute drive away. Overall, the hotel is excellent. The rooms are very quiet, and I absolutely loved the bed and pillows. This was the first time I’ve slept so deeply in a hotel. The shower was also great, with strong water pressure. The breakfast was very generous, offering a wide variety of both Asian and European options. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to Central Gate Mall every hour, which was very convenient. There is also a 7-Eleven just across the road, which is an extra advantage and made my stay even more comfortable
