Unforgettable Hospitality and Heartfelt Support During an Emergency I stayed at BrijRama Palace from September 1, 2026. While the palace itself is breathtaking, what moved me most was the extraordinary hospitality and kindness of the entire staff. On the evening of September 2nd, I was heading to Varanasi Airport for my flight to Delhi via the transfer arranged by the hotel. However, due to severe rain and massive flooding, traffic came to a complete standstill and I unfortunately missed my flight. In the middle of this stressful situation, the hotel staff saved me. They warmly welcomed me back, saying, "Don't worry about money, you can stay another night for free." Despite it being around 22:30, they served me a delicious dinner and kindly assisted me with rebooking my flight for the next day. Even though I had to leave at 4:30 AM the next morning, they arranged the transfer again and even prepared a packed breakfast with sandwiches and fresh fruits. Every single staff member showed incredible care, empathy, and professional hospitality. BrijRama Palace is not just a luxury hotel, but a place with the warmest hearts. I am deeply grateful to the entire team for making sure I returned home safely. Highly recommended!

BrijRama Palace on Darbhanga Ghat is an iconic landmark in Varanasi. Blessed with an enviable location right on the Ghat and backed by a brilliant team led by Manish ji, BrijRama Palace is a property you simply cannot miss if you want to combine luxury with the convenience of being close to Kashi Vishwanath. The rooms are comfortable, but it is the impeccable service and the wealth of experiences that truly make the stay special. We spent an entire day here without stepping out, thanks to the many in-house activities that keep guests engaged. The evening Kathak performance, waking up to a cup of chai by the Ganges while listening to the soulful notes of a flautist, and simply soaking in the atmosphere of the palace will remain some of my most memorable experiences in Kashi. A special shout-out to the chef, not just for serving us some delicious food but also for introducing me to Palak ka Halwa. Completely unexpected, utterly delicious — and I am totally in love with this dish now! BrijRama Palace was the perfect note on which to wind up my Banaras adventure.

Kulbansh restaurant manager was very kind and helpful to me even though I am Japanese and not very confident in English. He always assisted me with activity reservations and was happy to help whenever I had any questions or concerns. Although I stayed for only one night, I had a very comfortable and memorable stay. I am very glad that I had the opportunity to stay at such a wonderful hotel. Thank you very much for your warm hospitality!

The palace itself is beautifully restored, with elegant interiors that reflect the rich history and culture of Varanasi. The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. What made our stay truly exceptional was the hospitality. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable. The service was impeccable from check-in to check-out. The property also offers beautiful cultural experiences, including Bhagavad Gita recitations and evening activities that make you feel connected to the spiritual soul of the city. The food was excellent, with a great variety of dishes, and every meal was a delight. Brij Rama Palace perfectly blends luxury, heritage, and spirituality. If you're visiting Varanasi and want an authentic yet luxurious experience, I couldn't recommend this place more highly. I would love to return.
