Golden Tulip Agra

We had a very pleasant stay at Golden Tulip. The hotel was comfortable. A special mention to Sumac Restaurant for the excellent food and service. Senior staff member Jahid and the team — Raju, Kishor, Anil, and Deepak — were very kind, attentive, and welcoming. They made our dining experience extra special. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality. Highly recommended!

We stayed at hotel for 1 day and it was very pleasant experience. The room was very neat and clean. The swimming pool was roof top and nice view. You can enjoy in night as well. The food was awesome in the hotel and you can customise it. The chef was very nice and listened to is and customise the food. I really appreciate overall experience.

The hotel is nice, and the overall services are good. However, if you're expecting a bit of flexibility, you might be disappointed. I visited Agra to meet my cousin, and that's one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. I was hoping we could spend some quality time together, but he wasn't allowed to visit my room, even for an hour. I also requested if we could at least sit together in the pool area, but that wasn't permitted either. While I completely understand that hotels have policies, I wish there had been a little more flexibility or a better way to accommodate the situation. There was another instance at the pool where my friend and I asked if we could enter wearing polyester night suits. We were told we would have to pay ₹600 to access the pool. However, we noticed another guest wearing a bikini being allowed in, and later we ourselves were allowed entry when we changed into shorts. This left us a bit confused about the rules. My only real disappointment was the attitude of some of the staff. The staff member at the pool and a few people at the reception came across as quite rude during our interactions. On the other hand, the lady at the reception in the morning was very kind, polite, and helpful, and I truly appreciated her behavior. Overall, the hotel has good facilities, but I believe a little more warmth, consistency, and customer-friendly communication would make the experience much better.

We had my sister’s wedding on 28th June at Golden Tulip, Agra, and I would like to sincerely appreciate the entire hotel team for their excellent support, hospitality, and facilities. The rooms were very comfortable, the event space was well arranged, and the food was amazing. Everything was managed smoothly, which helped make the wedding a memorable experience for our family and guests. A special thanks to Vimal ji, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was well managed. He was present until the event was fully completed, which gave us great confidence and comfort throughout the celebration. His humble nature, politeness, and willingness to resolve any issue or arrangement we needed truly stood out. We are very grateful for his support and for the team’s efforts in making the wedding a smooth and memorable experience. Thank you once again to the entire Golden Tulip team.
