Le Meridien New Delhi

Although the location and the hotel is great there is a need to improve service of restaurant. We were waiting for more than 30 minutes just for dosa. We found that the orders placed after is were served before us. Total confusion in all serving staff. Hope it improves.

I had a warm welcome on arrival and was invited to sit at the check-in desk, which made the check-in experience feel personal and smooth. As a Titanium Elite member, I was also upgraded to a suite, which was much appreciated. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was well curated with a good variety, and complimentary breakfast was provided as part of elite benefits. Staff throughout the property were generally attentive and helpful. The hotel does not have a traditional executive lounge; instead, it offers high tea and evening happy hour benefits, which I unfortunately did not get a chance to experience during my stay. The gym and pool facilities were also decent and well maintained. However, one experience significantly impacted my stay. After a brief visit from a friend to my room, I received a call from the duty manager an hour after he left asking, without any context, whether I was alone in the room. I confirmed and the call ended abruptly. This interaction felt unexpected and unclear, as no explanation of any visitation policy had been provided. It also left me feeling uncomfortable and concerned about privacy during my stay. Overall, the property has many strengths, including good rooms and generally courteous staff. However, due to the experience with the call and the resulting discomfort regarding privacy, I would personally be hesitant to return, especially given other comparable Marriott properties in New Delhi that offer similar amenities.

My family and I recently stayed at Le Méridien New Delhi, and we had a wonderful experience. As this was my first stay as a Marriott Bonvoy member, I wasn't sure what to expect, but the hotel made a great first impression. Before arrival, I requested a higher-floor room with a nice view, and the team kindly accommodated the request, which we greatly appreciated. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and offered excellent views of the city. We had booked the Half Board package, and both the dinner and breakfast were outstanding. The quality, taste, and variety of food were impressive. The highlight of our stay was the staff. From the front desk to the restaurant team, everyone was courteous, professional, and eager to help. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would happily recommend Le Méridien New Delhi to families, business travelers, and Marriott Bonvoy members alike. We look forward to returning in the future

I had a great 4 night stay at the hotel. The rooms were always clean and staff were polite. The breakfast was really good with countless options that do change each day. The pool is warm but a little small so can get crowded. The fitness area is well equipped with a strange shape so feels crowded. I did use the club lounge, its good and worth the upgrade.
