I had a wonderful stay at Star Palace. The property is well maintained, clean, comfortable, and offers a pleasant atmosphere. I would especially like to commend Mr Rayas & ms Mansi at the front desk for his outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, he was polite, professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. He is very knowledgeable about the local area, communicates well, and goes out of his way to ensure guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. His humble attitude, friendliness, and excellent hospitality truly enhanced my experience. Employees like Mr. Raees are a great asset to the hotel and deserve recognition for their dedication and exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Star Palace and sincerely hope Rayas receives the appreciation and recognition he deserves. Thank you for making my stay a memorable one.

The Hotel accommodation was extremely good. The staff were very cordial. Food quality was also super. The room service and other amenities high quality. Myself being a differently abled person had difficulty in using the wash room. Otherwise everything was good. There is ramp facility. Also lift to all floors. Highly recommended 👍

I recently stayed at this hotel on 11th and 12th April, and honestly, the experience was quite disappointing. The property claims to be a 4-star hotel, but in my view, it doesn’t even meet basic 2-star expectations. If you’re looking for genuine hospitality, this is not the place. The rooms themselves were just average, nothing noteworthy. However, what really frustrated me were a series of issues during the stay: - I was traveling with my 3-year-old child, and I was surprised to see that basic items like milk and simple kids’ food were not complimentary. Instead, they were heavily overpriced—₹84 for just 250 ml of milk and ₹270 for plain dal khichdi. These are typically complimentary. - I requested to swap one of the complimentary breakfasts for dinner by paying the difference, but the staff refused without offering any flexibility. - Only 1 liter of drinking water per person is complimentary; any additional bottle is charged at ₹30, which feels unnecessarily restrictive. There also seems to be a lack of coordination between the restaurant and the management. The receptionist appeared unclear about hotel policies and gave blunt responses like “the restaurant has decided this,” which reflects poor internal alignment and customer handling. Food options are quite limited—you’re essentially restricted to either a small buffet or ordering from the same limited menu. To sum it up, if you’re traveling with young kids (below 3–4 years) or expecting decent hospitality, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. The only positive aspect during my stay was the availability of an EV charger, which was convenient.
