Neptune Village Beach Resort & Spa All Inclusive

Lovely experience. Good location and very good staff. The buffet menu could do with some good food. Some dishes taste better in restaurants elsewhere. 3 nights is enough.

This hotel may well have deserved its four stars when it first opened. The staff are generally friendly, but unfortunately that wasn’t enough to make up for the overall experience. On arrival we were welcomed with water and juice, which was a nice touch. However, the experience changed at check-out. Your wristband is removed immediately, and if you want to keep your room for just one extra hour, you are charged $175. Although guests waiting for a late flight are allowed to use the hotel facilities, even a bottle of water has to be paid for after check-out. A small gesture of hospitality would have made a big difference. The rooms are also in need of maintenance. There was mould on the ceiling, and plaster was coming away from the walls, which is not what you would expect from a four-star hotel. While the staff are polite, it often feels as though every interaction comes with an expectation of a tip, which can become uncomfortable. One evening my wife had to complain about our drinks. The juice used appeared to be spoiled, and within about five minutes of being served, white patches resembling mould started forming on the surface of the cocktails. After that experience, we decided not to order any more drinks for the rest of our stay. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. The friendly staff were the hotel’s biggest positive, but the condition of the rooms, the handling of check-out, and the issues with food and drinks left us with a poor impression. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.

Excellent beachside resort. All inclusive. Great service. Nice location. A bit deep inside diani . But nice beach. Staff are v courteous. Great food. They can improve on the waiting at breakfast . For our group Florence the supervisor and Dennis the chef took great care for restricted meal and waiting.....we had 2 v young kids. Lots of monkeys on site....so be careful. It's fun though😊😁

Hi too all I checked in the hotel on the 8th of May 2026 four day we had hot water but the pressure was so low u couldn't have a shower, the spa place went to book it ,the place was on maintenance so we couldn't use the facility, I had booked an place for Pizza on the evening which was confirmed the day we went there we were told the place is on maintenance so we had to go out for Pizza. The television dose not work no local channels were coming was i called the reception I was told it's under maintenance so there is nothing to do here the only things they do is maintenance nothing for guests . I was not happy with the service, as this Morning we went breakfast they didn't have any eggs in place we had to wait for them , this not professional service I would like to tell if u going to Neptune Village Beach and resort Mombasa in diani please think twice .one more thing too many Monkeys , crows and cats , I had a Monkey come and took my food while I was eating it the staff was standing and laughing what happened.one mor thing to add as having breakfast ever day they have the same menu. I would like to tell them i was not happy with what I went through and will definitely tell a feedback to Tui were I did my package from not happy at all .
