What a good place to be welcome at signature Mall pick a room and enjoy it because all you need is there. Be ready to meet extra ordinary services I know you gonna enjoy your time here
Room smells very bad when entering from outside. They have serious drainage problem. Other than that well maintained and comfy. sometimes the access card won't work and they will not bring you a new card. You have to go to them and get it reprogrammed.
I wish to commend the excellent hospitality extended to the National Assembly and Senate during our stay at PrideInn Hotel, Signature Mall. The conference facilities were outstanding and well-organized. The air conditioning system was efficient and provided a comfortable environment throughout. The food and beverages were of high quality, well-prepared, and maintained excellent hygiene standards. The hotel staff were well-trained, professional, and demonstrated a high level of hospitality. Special appreciation goes to Ms. Joyce, the Banquet Coordinator, Mr. Kamau, and Mr. Collins for their exceptional support and for making our stay truly wonderful. Thank you.
