Start your day with an early breakfast onboard before crossing to Luxor’s legendary West Bank. Explore the royal tombs of the Valley of the Kings, where pharaohs were laid to rest in richly decorated chambers carved deep into the desert hills. Continue to the striking Temple of Hatshepsut, an architectural masterpiece rising dramatically against the cliffs. On your return, pause to admire the towering Colossi of Memnon.
Later this afternoon, sail towards Esna and Edfu, relaxing over dinner onboard and enjoying evening entertainment in the lounge as the Nile drifts by.
After an early breakfast, step ashore to visit the remarkably preserved Temple of Horus at Edfu, one of Egypt’s finest Ptolemaic temples, dedicated to the falcon-headed god Horus. Return to the ship for lunch as you sail along the Nile towards Kom Ombo. Spend a relaxing afternoon enjoying onboard amenities — unwind by the pool, indulge in the spa, or savour traditional afternoon tea while watching rural river life drift past. Upon arrival, explore the unique twin temples of Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to Sobek and Haeroris. This evening, enjoy a delicious dinner onboard followed by a lively and colourful traditional Galabeya Night celebration.
Awaken in the beautiful riverside city of Aswan and enjoy a full breakfast onboard before discovering its most iconic landmarks. Visit the impressive Aswan High Dam, a modern engineering marvel, and the ancient granite quarries, home to the colossal Unfinished Obelisk. Continue to the spectacular Philae Temple, beautifully relocated to an island and dedicated to the goddess Isis.
Return to the ship for lunch before enjoying a traditional felucca sail around Kitchener's Island. As you drift along the Nile, admire views of the hilltop Aga Khan Mausoleum on the west bank.
This evening, savour dinner onboard followed by relaxed entertainment in the lounge.
