We have been staying at Hennessy Park Hotel for over a month now, and it has been an excellent experience. My family would especially like to highlight the outstanding service and the wonderful people who make the stay truly special. Everyone has been professional, friendly, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Surekha, Vakheel, Muhammed and chef Sanjevee who went above and beyond and made our stay even more enjoyable, so comfortable and welcoming.
I stayed for 10 days as I was working nearby. Highly recommend - spacious, comfortable rooms. Great location in Cybercity. The staff are fantastic and are so helpful - particularly Tarun and Nancy on reception and Naweed and Vakheel at breakfast- always greeting me with a smile and offers of help. Good breakfast options and I also ate on Backstage one night and it was delicious. I will definitely be staying again when I return for work.
We had a wonderful dining experience at Hennessy Hotel. As a vegetarian couple visiting for the first time, we truly appreciated the care and attention we received. A special thank you to Chef Sanjeevee for preparing such delicious food and accommodating our vegetarian requests. A big thank you as well to our server, Yash, who was exceptionally polite, attentive, and ensured we were well looked after throughout our meal. Kudos to the team for the prompt service, excellent food, and the amazing personality and positive vibe they brought to our table. Their genuine hospitality made our first visit truly memorable. We will definitely be back!
Had an amazing experience at Grain d'Sel restaurant for our wedding anniversary. Despite a last-minute booking, Youven did his level-best to find us the quietest table at the far end of the restaurant. Table service was excellent and beyond our expectations, with Youven and other waiters checking on us diligently and discreetly throughout the evening to make sure we were ok. Chef Sanjeevee made two much-appreciated appearances during the evening - one to check on us and one to personally wish us on our special day. The ambience was cosy with dim lights and comfy tub chairs (the occasional music from Backstage when doors were opened and closed didn't bother us too much) I would highly recommend their beautifully-seasoned octopus salad as starter. We had their juicy lamb fillet and grilled-to-perfection chicken thigh. The highlight of the evening was their to-die-for molten chocolate cake with its red fruits compote, fresh strawberries and silky vanilla ice cream. It was an amazing fine dining experience (definitely value for money). We will definitely go back for future events. If you are looking to be pampered, it is the place to be ❤️
The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Ebene, making it an ideal choice for business travellers. However, our overall experience was disappointing. The hotel appeared to be cheaply built, and the room was very dark, even at midday. There was also an unpleasant odour in the room, which affected our comfort. The breakfast buffet had a very limited selection, and the quality of the food did not meet our expectations. While the location is a definite advantage for business guests, the hotel could benefit from improvements to its facilities and dining experience.
