It’s bit of surprise upon entering the hotel. Many staffs are there welcome and help in Concierge which is rare in the other prominent hotels in city. It is little old property, room size is relatively smaller, but good enough for single person or a couple. Air conditioned rooms, parking space available at the ground floor, though not many. Room service was good. Daily upkeep was good in the room. The only discomfort was in restaurant where staffs were not so courteous and welcoming. After visiting the breakfast area, kind off mood to start the day. No greetings, reluctancy, etc. I visited everyday for breakfast, no improvement on any days. Lots of restaurants, supermarkets, Laundry, etc are nearby. step forward , you finds some restaurants. Excellent location. I have to think twice before the stay here next visit.

I had a pleasant stay at Idou Anfa Hotel. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable experience overall. The food was decent, with a good variety to choose from. What really stood out during my stay was the exceptional service from Abdel, the bellman. He went above and beyond with helpful advice—from breakfast recommendations to tips on getting around the city and things to do in Casablanca. His guidance truly enhanced our visit. Overall, a good stay with a special thanks to Abdel for making it even better.
We stayed at this hotel for one night at the end of our tour of Morocco. On checking in with a most pleasant male receptionist, we were told we were being upgraded to a suite and that we could also have a late checkout as our flightwas departing in the late afternoon. Our room was absolutely exquisite and spacious with two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower. The decor was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness of it all. We enjoyed the view of the Mosque from our windows on front of hotel. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was delicious with fantastic variety and quality, we could not fault it. One tiny disappointment was that the hotel swimming pool was closed for maintenance but we got over that! Overall our stay at the Idou Anfa hotel in Casablanca was a very pleasant memorable last taste of Morocco. Thank you
We had a Ramadan Ftour at the Panoramic Restaurant and it was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the music created a great atmosphere, and the staff were extremely kind. A special thank you to Chaymae, who handled our reservation, welcomed us warmly, and accompanied us to our table. She even gave us the best seat we could have asked for. Truly great service!
The hotel is truly something else. The hospitality truly goes above and beyond. The staff were courteous, helpful and accommodating. We booked an apartment for our stay and met with a terrible host. As it's the peak season with no places available, we called up this hotel and luckily there was a room available for us. The check in process was a breeze. The concierge did a great job in getting all our things into our room. We truly enjoyed the heated pool especially during this winter season. Our kids had a fantastic time even though the pool is deeper as it's meant for adults. We have no complaints. The king sized bed is so comfortable and clean. The breakfast is brilliant with different food options throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place.
