Comfortable stay in a convenient location close to the Kigali international airport. The rooms are spacious, the staff are courteous, and the hotel offers good facilities including a pool and dining options. The property is clean, welcoming, and suitable for both business and leisure travellers. Overall, a pleasant stay.

I wasn't meant to be here but Rwandair screwed up my flight connection so I had 24 hours in Kigali during which time I was put up at this hotel. The room I had is not one of those featured on the website (!) but it was very clean, had everything I needed and great aircon. The food was good and there were a lot of choices. The bar was well stocked. There were a couple of shops and the pool looked magnificent (not that I could use it as my swimwear was in my hold luggage that I didn't have). I thought the location of the hotel was excellent and walkable to a big supermarket/restaurant as well as Coffee Question and the Presidential Palace with its genocide museum. A very successful stay even if unexpected!
Canadian sommelier and foodie
Very well located, but rooms a bit rundown, old and musty and service quite off the hook. We were waken up at 1 am by room service, a guy bringing food to the wrong room. We couldn't sleep a couple of hours after.
