Great food,they recently revised thier food prices. I recommend the chicken Sizzling. However on thier Tuesday die rolling discount, I belive they use electronic Dies to cheat you on the discount. I recommend you getting your own die

At check out I was double charged by reception staff for an evening meal the night before. My credit card statement reflected the double charging which may have been accidental. My enquiry via email was initially responded to stating their bank only showed one charging, despite my statement showing 2 transactions. Further emails from me were not responded to. My last email advised the Kigali Urban Blue Hotel that unless a reply was received within a specified but reasonable timeframe I will be writing a review to explain the issue to the future guests. As no response was received I contacted my credit card company who repaid the funds to me. The credit card company will now recover the funds from Urban Blue, including an administrative fee charged to the hotel. I would not recommend any credit card transactions with Urban Blue Kigali. Any transaction errors on their part clearly are not dealt with to the customer’s satisfaction, thus to the customer’s financial disadvantage but to the hotel’s own financial gain.

This was hands-down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Everything that could go wrong did — from poor service and endless frustration to a complete lack of resolution. I regret wasting my time and money on it. Avoid this at all costs. If you’re considering it, trust me and look for better alternatives. You’ve been warned.

Great hotel, and a great personel… so nice and friendly. Good place when you travel and even stay longer in Kigali. A perfect ratio price to quality. And one more!!! The restaurant in the hotel… is awesome, one of the best in Kigali!!!
