Welcome to South Korea! Upon arrival at Incheon International Airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel in Seoul. The remainder of the day is at leisure to relax after your flight or begin discovering this exciting capital city at your own pace. Seoul offers an extraordinary blend of old and new, where royal palaces, traditional neighborhoods, luxury boutiques, trendy cafes, and sleek skyscrapers create one of Asia’s most dynamic urban landscapes.

Begin your exploration of Seoul with a visit to Gyeongbokgung Palace, the largest royal palace of the Joseon Dynasty. If timing permits, witness the colorful Royal Guard Changing Ceremony. Continue to Bukchon Hanok Village, a charming neighborhood lined with traditional Korean houses known as hanoks. Stroll through Insadong Antique Alley, famous for local crafts, tea houses, art galleries, and cultural souvenirs. Later, visit bustling Myeongdong, one of Seoul’s most famous shopping and street food districts. Enjoy time to browse Korean cosmetics shops, fashionable boutiques, and sample local delicacies from colorful street vendors. The tour concludes with panoramic city views from the N Seoul Tower observatory area, offering spectacular scenery across the sprawling metropolis.

Today is free to enjoy Seoul at your own pace or join an optional excursion to the Korean Demilitarized Zone (DMZ), one of the world’s most unique geopolitical sites. The optional DMZ tour includes visits to Imjingak Park, Dora Observatory, and the Third Infiltration Tunnel while learning about the history of the Korean Peninsula. Guests remaining in Seoul may enjoy the city’s renowned cafe culture, world-class shopping, fascinating museums, K-beauty experiences, or vibrant neighborhoods such as Gangnam and Hongdae.

Today, you will be transferred to the station and board the famous KTX high-speed train to Busan, South Korea’s vibrant coastal city known for its beaches, seafood culture, scenic ocean views, and colorful neighborhoods. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure to begin exploring Busan independently. You may wish to stroll along Haeundae Beach, visit local cafes overlooking the sea, or enjoy fresh seafood at one of the city’s lively waterfront restaurants.

Today’s sightseeing introduces you to the highlights of Busan, South Korea’s vibrant seaside city known for its beaches, seafood culture, colorful neighborhoods, and dramatic coastal scenery. Visit colorful Gamcheon Culture Village, famous for its artistic murals, hillside houses, and charming alleyways. Continue to Jagalchi Fish Market, Korea’s largest seafood market, where local culinary traditions come alive. Enjoy views of Haeundae Beach, Busan’s most famous stretch of coastline, and visit Dongbaekseom Island, known for its picturesque walking paths and beautiful ocean views. The tour also includes Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, dramatically perched along Busan’s rocky coastline overlooking the sea.

Gyeongju Historical Discovery
Today, enjoy a full-day excursion to Gyeongju, the ancient capital of the Silla Kingdom and one of Korea’s most important historical destinations. Explore UNESCO World Heritage Sites including Bulguksa Temple and Seokguram Grotto, renowned masterpieces of Buddhist architecture and art. Continue to Tumuli Park to see the royal burial mounds of ancient Silla rulers. Often referred to as “the museum without walls,” Gyeongju offers a fascinating glimpse into Korea’s rich cultural heritage and ancient traditions. Return to Busan in the evening.

Today, you will be transferred to the train station to return to Seoul aboard the KTX high-speed train. Upon arrival, enjoy free time for independent sightseeing, shopping, or optional experiences.
