My stay at Da Vinci Hotel and Suites was unacceptable from start to finish. After extending my stay, staff wrongly treated my room as checked out, removed my belongings, put my heels in lost and found, and threw my South African football jersey in the trash. That alone was careless enough. It got worse when I opened the bed and found blood-stained sheets and yellow stains on the mattress. Completely disgusting and unhygienic. Housekeeping took over 15 minutes to respond at 10pm when I was tored and needed to rest , and when they arrived, their attitude was rude and dismissive. Management handled it just as badly. I had to ask to change rooms myself, and when Andrew Naidoo finally addressed it, instead of taking accountability, he dismissed my experience by saying it “doesn’t look like their service,” as if what happened to me was somehow unbelievable rather than something they should take responsibility for. For a hotel of this reputation, the level of hygiene, service, and accountability was shocking. I left feeling unsafe, disrespected, and disgusted. I would never stay here again.

Da Vinci is very beautiful with nice views from the rooms. Service was amazing — the staff were welcoming, attentive, and made the stay really smooth. A great choice if you want somewhere stylish, with good views and top-tier service.
