The Peech Hotel

Perfect from our pickup at the Airport to departure. We enjoyed the serenity of the gardens & pool area. Fantastic food at the Peech & at The Pot Luck Club( make sure you book) Lovely staff 😊

The Peech is a beautiful property with excellent staff. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was our room--not particularly well thought out. For example, in the bathroom the lighting was so poor that I couldn't even shave. Also the light & fan switches were outside of the bathroom(???)

Travelled with friends or an overnight stay. We arrived very early to be greeted by friendly staff. Organised an early check in. We were offered refreshments while we waited for our room, with warm fire crackling in the corner taking the chill off the morning. Rooms were well appointed and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious from beautiful breads, pastries, and cereal or the more substantial breakfast was a treat for a weary traveller. After a rest reception organised a tour of Johannesburg, then we ate at the restaurant or a beautiful dinner. Wine list wasn’t extensive but was delicious. I wished we could have stayed longer as this definitely a relaxing peaceful place to unwind. Staff were attentive friendly and polite! A wonderful start to a South African adventure

First time visitor to Johannesburg via @foratravel - terrific ambience throughout the facility- service in all departments was impeccable - shout out to Puseletso at the front desk for recommendation for dinner @sanctuarymandela - one of the highlights of my 3 day stay!
