Very disappointed in this accommodation. Definitely not a 4 star. Room had an unpleasant odor especially the toilet which was a tiny area. The taps and shower head were old and stained. The entire place needs a renovation. Pool area was unsteady and some maintenance, which was a few boards being replaced, was done at night. Pool water dirty with insects in it. Paint peeling off the pool. The room we stayed at was close to the beach and next door was a club. Extremely noisy throughout the night. It's a beach lodge but no place to swim. Always occupied by fishing boats and the fishermen. Area had a foul odor. Tried walking around to find an area to swim at but no swimming area. The beach was dirty with plastic rubbish everywhere. So its a beach lodge but no beach to swim or relax at. Just surrounded by fishing stuff and odors. The staff were absolutely amazing which is why I did not want to do this review but people need to know the reality of the lodge. Staff gets a 10/10 but thats as good as it gets. Staff were good, friendly, helpful and professional. The area where the lodge is located isn't a nice area. We were surprised to see a 40 USD charge for government fees added to our bill the night before we left. Our travel agent did not inform us. So be weary of that fees. So overall awesome staff but I would definitely never visit there again or recommend it to anyway. Might be up to scratch for some people but definitely not up to standard for my partner and I and definitely not up to standard for a 4 star accommodation.

Where do I start? Rooms are really not clean, the toilet paper quality is not for a lodge that accommodates overseas guest it’s not suitable for human use. Their restaurant prices are exorbitant but the cocktail doesn’t even fill the glass. One waitress thought we were dumb and inflated our bill, electricity just went on/off randomly. The lodge is next to a community where they throw parties at night you won’t sleep due to the noise; it was so loud. Breakfast takes forever to be prepared often burnt. Dinner is nice,?pool view is nice and warm. The hotel managed to also move us from a “fishermen room” to a decent place. We leave our beautiful homes expecting royal treatment, it’s disappointing when the cleanliness is just subpar. Yall need to improve

I stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The place is absolutely beautiful with a stunning beachfront location, charming walkways and gardens that create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and breathtaking sea views. The staff were exceptional in every sense of the word professional, attentive, and always eager to ensure guests comfort. Special Thanks to Suhaila for her great cooperation professionalism, and kindness. She truly represented the highest level of hospitality and warm welcome. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort beauty and outstanding service.

My journey was really good to chuini zanzibar and the lodge was pretty good i enjoyed good food and juice 😋 included with fantastic weather 😊 don't hesitate to make booking with the chuini zanzibar beach lodge
