Four Points By Sheraton Arusha, The Arusha Hotel

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Arusha for a short but wonderful stop before beginning our safari adventure. We arrived late in the evening and were immediately impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness of the front desk team. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and ensured that a third bed was set up in our room for our daughter. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional Indian dinner we ordered through room service. Even though we placed our order after the 10:30 p.m. cutoff, the staff graciously accommodated us, and the food arrived promptly, fresh, and delicious. All three of us insisted we weren't very hungry and told each other not to order too much—but not a single grain was left on our plates! The breakfast spread the next morning was equally impressive. It felt more like a full resort-style breakfast, with an extensive selection and plenty of options for vegetarians. We highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton Arusha for anyone visiting Arusha, whether you're starting or ending a safari. The outstanding service, excellent food, and comfortable accommodations made it the perfect beginning to our Tanzania adventure.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very good experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent and the staff was very welcoming. The hotel itself was very beautiful, and the atmosphere was great. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was very complete with a great variety of options. Overall, the staff provided outstanding service and made our stay very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Located conveniently near the Arusha Clock Tower, this hotel offers easy access to all amenities within walking distance. The spacious rooms features, A warm welcoming lobby and outdoor seating area. The friendly staff ensures a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I have stayed twice for two nights each time, and I am confident that I will return if I visit Arusha again.
