Such a chique hotel.The have small added services that make you feel taken care of.The staff is great,shout out to Rehema,Silas,the 2 Elizabeth,Zakaria,Godfrey.If you are looking for a quiet place with a pool and beach access both for leisure and conferences,Giraffe Beach Hotel is a good option.It would be great if they added spa services at the hotel.
I went yesterday with my family , a friend recommended the place ..am glad I did I met good people , the food perfect and the beach air sooo good . My husband and my mom likes Fredy , he's a funny guy he has a beautiful accent and good customer care , also Irene from reception lovely lady ...thank you all for a good service and everyone from the restaurant.
Fredy was such a great guy , he made my birthday a memorable one . The food was great the service top notch . More Fredy he smiles all the time.
The hotel is in a great location on the beach and the staff are very friendly. We were here for a workshop and the set-up was professional. However, sometimes the restaurant and other service was slow as staff did not seem to have the autonomy to step outside their designated roles - this seems like a management issue. The pool is well designed but sometimes the musak is intrusive.
We have stayed in Giraffe Beach hotel as a family in April, but had been there several times before and regularly advise our guests to stay there as we love the place. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well appointed, the staff is friendly and helpful, from the reception to the cleaning ladies, pool and restaurant staff. At the restaurant, the food is good but the only small downside to it all would be that the options of dishes are pricey and limited when you stay there for a few days and have lunch and dinner, that makes it quite a budget with few possibilities to vary. And there are no children options. All in all, we have enjoyed our stay (loved the connecting rooms) and will return again and continue recommending the place.
