Didn't use the rooms but had great food and very hospitable staff. Printed a document at no charge at the reception. Only complain is the conference rooms which can be a bit tired.

Gold Crest Hotel in Arusha was a very pleasant surprise. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming—we truly felt treated like royalty. The rooms were massive, clean, and very comfortable, which made it a perfect place to relax before and after our safari. We stayed two nights total (one at the beginning and one at the end), and it was an excellent choice both times. The food was awesome. There was an à la carte menu included in our stay, which was fantastic value and a refreshing change from typical hotel buffets. Amazing service, great food, and excellent value. We would highly recommend staying here if you’re passing through Arusha.

For our first night in Tanzania before beginning our Safari, my wife and I stayed at Gold Crest Hotel. The hotel and restaurant staff members were exceptionally welcoming and personable. And the food was delicious! While our stay was brief, it was a great first impression to a beautiful country. We recommend.
