Luxury 2-bdrm Apartment In Oysterbay

We came with a laaaarge group of seniors from abroad, a rather demanding group, and were taken care of superbly by the staff (in particular a gentleman named George). Professionalism and kindness from everywhere here, and the location is quiet but also convenient. A big thank you to everyone - and especially George, whose patience seemed to be unending.

Stayed for two nights, the room was spotless, bed was very comfortable, the Ac worked perfectly, staff were friendly and helpful, great value for the price. Would definitely stay again.

A great place to stay in a quiet residential area close to local amenitues. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The people working here are extremely friendly and polite.

We booked this hotel based on the photos and facilities shown online. Upon arrival it became clear that key areas, especially the pool and surrounding facilities, do not exist in the form presented in the listing. The property does not match the advertised images or description. Because of this we checked out immediately. At the time we agreed with the manager on site that we would pay for one night only and that the remaining amount would be refunded. After our departure the hotel refused to process the agreed refund and has since stopped responding to our emails entirely. This experience was very disappointing and felt misleading. Guests should be aware that the facilities shown online do not reflect the actual hotel.
