Decent location and amazing gardens! Food not bad, good Indian cuisine. Rooms need attention and language can be a problem.

Sadly, this hotel was far below expectations. The room was not clean, the air conditioning did not work properly and the Wi-Fi was unreliable. During nighttime it was noisy, breakfast started too late and food service was consistently slow. The pool was the only highlight. Overall, it was not worth the price.

Lovely place and location however I had a bad experience which will forever leave a bad impression on me. I stayed here for 4 days from the (15th -18th of May 2026)the first 3 days were perfect however the last day I really had a terrible experience which is really unfortunate. I was staying in room 910 and on top of that room there is a conference room which the hotel decided to decorate & build a wooden stage in the middle of the night and all night they were hammering this stage without considering that there people staying underneath. I called reception at 11pm to ask them to reduce the nose because no couldn’t sleep and nothing was done, I called again twice 00:30 nothing was done , I had to sit until 3:00 am listening to the banging and of a hammer and didn’t sleep. This level of inconsideration from everyone was really unnecessary and am really disappointed in Malaika about this. I couldnt slept all night and no one seemed to care about me. I am not sure if I will go back after this, I am checking out in the morning

It is a great place for all kinds of business people. It is a great place to hold various celebrations and meetings as well. It is a great place for families to relax.
