Best Western Plus Paramount Hotel

My stay was unfortunately less than satisfactory. The room lacked several convenience amenities that I would normally expect, such as a shower cap, bathrobe, house slippers, and a toilet brush. These items were only available upon request from housekeeping rather than being provided in the room. The television offered only local channels, which limited entertainment options. After I requested access to YouTube, the staff installed it the following day, but the service later stopped working. Since it took a full day to address the initial request, I chose not to ask for further assistance. In my view, features such as YouTube or other streaming services should already be available and functioning for guests. That said, the staff were friendly, courteous, and willing to help whenever approached. The breakfast was also adequate, with a decent selection to start the day. While the service was pleasant, improvements to the room amenities and in-room entertainment would significantly enhance the overall guest experience

Everything was perfect. Great service, front desk is extremely helpful and polite. Room a/c works great. For double the price of a lodge you get tenfold value. The only complaint I have is the pool looks slightly yellowish in some corners, but is otherwise clean.

We stayed at this hotel for a week and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned every day and was always fresh and comfortable. We also used the restaurant frequently, and the food was great with very reasonable prices. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the great hospitality!

I recent stayed at this hotel and for the price it was great, the location was not bad was able to go to some of the malls and restaurants near by. The breakfast buffet is a plus. I have to give a shoutout to Margaret and the other young lady who cleaned our room during our stay in Feb on the 3rd floor. They always did a superb job.
